Coast to Coast Map v 1.7.1

This update fixes some minor scenery issues and restores the functionality of the scales at gas stations. The are also misc scenery updates.

Thank you for fixing the scenery in the New Mex. Arizona Colo. area. No more red terrain and no more crash’s with 1.7.1
